STRONGER CLIENT ATTRACTION. Sharing your strengths in your marketing will immediately attract like-minded people to you.  Prospects feel more secure about how you can help them, when you can verbalize your strengths to them.

BETTER LEADERSHIP.  Using your strengths consciously will save you time and energy.  It will also prevent your strengths from derailing you.  For example, people with the Empathy strength easily feel what other people are feeling.  That can derail you if you don’t have strong boundaries and good energy management.
